

Apple Nachos
You will need...
Apples (as many as you need for the number of mouths you are feeding) **bananas make a lovely addition as well
Peanut Butter - About 1 tbsp per piece of fruit (or alternative if there is an allergy)
Chocolate of Choice - about 1 Tbsp per piece of fruit (I use milk chocolate chipits)
Coconut Oil - one Tsp per Tbsp of chocolate
Microwavable Safe Container (I use a small mason jar)
Cut up your fruit and arrange on a plate
Melt chocolate in a bowl with the coconut oil. This makes is easier for drizzling and gives your kids a dose of healthy fats. I microwave for 30 second intervals until melted.
Drizzle on apples and do the same with the peanut butter (no added coconut oil is needed for the PB)
Get some wipes or a cloth handy cause its not the cleanest of snacks...sorry in advance haha
