Chili

  1. Cook up the ground beef in large skillet and chop into fine chunks

  2. When there is no longer any pink in the meat, add your tomato paste and beans and mix thoroughly. I like to add water to thin the chili out as well. I usually just fill my tomato paste can and add the same amount of water.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients, mix, and let simmer on low to bring out the flavors

  4. We like to eat our chili on macaroni, so while my chili is simmering i'll cook up our fave "ronis"....we love the Rummo Brand of GF pasta

  5. Dish up the chili on a bed of macaroni and top with some marble cheese!

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef (or ground meat of choice)

1 Small can Tomato Paste

1-2 Cans Pork and Beans (depends on preference for bean amount)

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp cracked pepper

1/8 Cup Brown Sugar

1-2 Tbsp Chilli Powder

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tsp Onion Powder
