Coconut Granola

  1. Preheat oven at 350

  2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl minus the oil and honey

  3. Melt oil and honey in microwave

  4. Pour melted oil and honey on top of your mixture and stir together until coconut, seeds, and almonds are all well coated

  5. Spread out on a large cookie sheet and put in oven

  6. Bake until mixture hardens and becomes very fragrant...around 30 minutes

  7. Take out and let cool completely

  8. Break apart in chunks and store in an air tight container or bag
