

Coconut Museli
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Pieces/Chunks ( I prefer the toasted for extra flavour)
You can sub out the dried fruit for any dried fruit of preference
Mix all ingredients together and keep in a sealed bag
Take out preferred portion to eat for breakfast, or a healthy snack!
I put this on top of plain high fat yogurt, coconut yogurt, or use as cereal with milk of choice
My fave way to eat is with high fat coconut milk and a touch of maple syrup for my morning breakfast cereal!
