Crepes

4 Eggs

1 Cup Bob Mills 1:1 Baking Flour

1 Tsp Salt

2 Cup Milk

  1. Mix ingredients well with a hand blender or mixer until smooth

  2. Consistency should be runny...add small amounts of flour or milk to get proper thickness (similar consistency to syrup)

  3. Heat up a circular non stick frying pan on med

  4. Coat bottom of frying pan with butter (adds flavour) and pour in enough batter so when you move it around the pan it coats the whole bottom with a thin layer

  5. Let the batter cook until it all stays together and its easy to flip

  6. Cook other side and then serve with fave toppings

  7. Toppings of choice in our home include maple syrup, whipped cream, berries, bananas and peanut butter, berry syrups
