Crispy Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Get out a 9x13 pan and grease lightly with olive oil

  3. If you prefer thinner chicken breast then cut in half so you have two thinner pieces

  4. Pat dry

  5. Mix parmeson and mayo together and place on top of breasts dividing evenly 

  6. Sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs on top of may mixture and put into oven

  7. Bake for approx 25 minutes, or longer for thicker breast, until chicken is cooked thoroughly and topping is browned and crisp

  8. Serve hot with sides of choice. We prefer one of the veggie chip options and fried rice!

1 Cup Mayo

1/4 Cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
