Hamburgers

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef (or ground meat of choice)

1/4 Cup Quick Oats

2 Tbsp Milk (Optional)

1 Large Egg

2 Tbsp Fave BBQ Sauce

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp cracked pepper

***Makes 5-6 hamburgers depending on how big you like your patties***

  1. Mix up ingredients in large bowl until thoroughly combined

  2. Divide Meat concoction into 5 and make into burger patties

  3. Grill or Fry on medium heat until cooked all the way through

  4. Serve with toppings and bun of choice!
