Healthier Brownies
3 Medium Mashed Banans (1 1/4 Cup Approx)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup and 2 Tbsp GF Oat Flour (if making your own make sure its very FINELY ground)
3/4 Cup Almond Flour (Finely Ground)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8X8 with coconut oil
Mash or blend up bananas then add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla and whisk well.
In another bowl sift together the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk together until just incorporated making sure there is no flour patches remaining in the batter
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour batter into pan and smooth it out evenly (you can sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on the top for looks)
Bake for 30-40 minutes until middle no longer stays indented with pressed
Cool on a cooling rack. Brownies will be a little crumbly until completely cooled!

Freezes well for lunches if cut into individualized squares and froze separately
