Healthier Cookies


1 Cup Almond Butter
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp FINELY GROUND flaxseed
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Raw Chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a non stick mat
Mix together all your ingredients except the nuts and chocolate in a bowl. Stir together for 1-2 minutes.
Fold in your nuts and chips
Drop dough in rounded tablespoons (or use a small cookie scoop like I do) onto the cookie sheet
Refridgerate batter for 2-3 hours (I recommend this step as the cookies do turn out better)
Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly browned on bottoms
Leave on sheet until COMPLETELY cool
Eat and enjoy! Keep extras in the fridge as they have "0" preservatives so they don't stay fresh on the counter
