Homemade Bread

4 Eggs

2 Tbsp Honey

2 Tbsp Mollasses

1 Cup Almond Flour

3 Cups Multipurpose Flour Blend

1 Tbsp Salt

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Finely Ground Flax

2 Cups Warm Water

4 1/2 Tsp Instant Yeast

1 Tbsp Xantham Gum

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease 2 loaf pans (I use butter)

  2. Combine warm water (needs to be warm for your yeast), ground flax, honey, and molasses in a container (I use a glass so I have the option to warm it up if it gets too cool). Let sit for a minimum of 5 minutes. This allows the flax enzymes to activate.

  3. Place the rest of your ingredients in a mixer (I use a bosch machine)

  4. Add the liquid mixture and combine all ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes.

  5. Divide batter between the two pans

  6. Wet your hands with water to smooth down the batter

  7. Batter will be very sticky and not thick like a regular bread dough

  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow bread to cool for 15 minutes before moving the loaves to a cooling rack.
