Kale Chips

Bunch of Kale

2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Finely Shredded Parmeson

Sea Salt or Himilayan Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Seperate the Kale tops/leaves from the stems and remove any thick stems attached to the leaves as well.

  3. Toss the tops with olive oil until leaves are completely lightly coated.

  4. Line on a cookie sheet one layer thick

  5. Lightly sprinkle with salt and sprinkle the parmeson on top as well

  6. Place in oven and bake for around 15 minutes until kale is dry and crisp!

  7. ENJOY! (I can't ever make enough of these)
