No-Bake Cheesecake

Crust:

2 1/2 Cups GF Grahem Cracker Crumbs (I have found these at our local bulk barn, but also have success putting the Schar gf Honeygrams crackers in a blender)

1/2 Cup Melted Margerine

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Cream Cheese Layer:

2 pkg Prepared Dream Whip

1 pkg Cream Cheese (softened)

1 Cup Icing Sugar

  1. Combine graham crumbs, brown sugar, and melted margerine in a bowl and combine

  2. Press into a 9x13 pan

  3. Prepare 2 pkg of Dream Whip in a bowl

  4. Whip up cream cheese in seperate bowl then slowly add and mix in icing sugar

  5. Combine prepared Dream Whip with cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly

  6. Spread evenly on top of graham layer

  7. Put in refridgerator to cool for at least 2 hours

  8. Top with favorite topping. My family prefers canned cherries, or a homemade multiberry topping. Also excellent with fresh fruit!!!
