69g White Rice Flour

23g Potato Starch

13g Tapioca Flour

1. Place all ingredients into a container and mix until well combined

2. I use an inexpensive small weight scale for making my flour blends and use for some recipes.

3. Weight is more crucial when using GF flours than amount for optimal results
