Dutch Baby

1 Cup Milk (I use homo milk)

1 Cup GF Non Rising GF Flour Blend

1/2 Tsp Salt

6 Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/3 Cup Butter

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425

  2. Place butter in a 9x13 and place in oven till butter is hot (you can test when butter is hot enough but dropping a bit of batter into the melted butter. If it bubbled around the edges its hot enough)

  3. While butter is heating in over, place the rest of ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth

  4. Pour contents into heated butter in pan and quickly put back into oven

  5. Cook till browned

  6. Dutch Baby should expand up around the edges

  7. Enjoy with your choice of toppings. My family prefers Cream Vanilla Syrup, whipped cream and fruit, or butter and maple syrup
